1 Update: Vision Committee and Mission statement [David] - Bring up during general meeting
2. Update: General Meeting [David]
- 6-7pm
- Get pizza at beginning
- Reserve room
3. Plan: Initiate Social [Janis]
- Date: Kenney Gym, 8-10pm, next Thursday, March 6th
- Purpose is to get for the initiates to get to know one another, the officers, and active members
- Replaces broomball of years past; now do low ropes course, instead, with obstacles made by Us or perchance by Campus Rec
- Have snacks and refreshments
- Reserve Kenney Gym, main gym of
- Janis requests help from officers
- Email Date/Time correction
- Reserve Kenney Gym
- Feifei will not be able to attend the event
- Janis will figure out the logistics of the event
4. Plan: HKN Awards [David]
- Go over next week
- Vision Committee came up with the questions for the candidates
- Tom Comberiate - voted to be Awards Chair (8 For, 1 Against)
5. Volunteer: Flyers for NVIDIA [Frank]
- Post Fliers for 4 buildings (have these fliers up by Monday morning):

- EH: Feifei
- DCL: Austin
- Everitt: David
6. Sign up: 1 on 1 [David]
- Sign up if already have not done so
7. Reimbursement [Feifei]
- Obtain reimbursement forms and submit budget proposals to Feifei by Sunday
8. ISalsa Fliers, Delegation of [Janis]
- Post fliers in the following buildings:
- David - Everitt
- Alex - Get stamped approval for Dorms
- Feifei - ISR, EH
- Man Ling - Busey
- Nick - MEB
- Frank - Matse, Grainger

- Austin - Quad, AAA Fashion Shows
