- Janis will help transition Austin Ouyang
2 Corporate Connections - Craig - No corporate affliates program this semester
- two events scheduled
- charge $400 per company visit
- Approved unanimously; Man Ling remind McIntyre about GM
- TI is interested in doing a lunch-in; McIntyre will wait for other corporate contacts
3 Meeting with Dale from Lockheed - Craig - Dale Rimmey would like to set up a 30min meeting the week of Sept. 10th.
4 Student Lounge - Nick - Not completed
- desk with locked cabinets will be available
- issue will be with who will have keys
- keep small amount of money in register downstairs
- if not completed, sell from old office
5 Vision Committee - Nick - Need to appoint vision committee chair
- Tom Comberiate expressed interested in the position
- Tom appointed to chair unanimously
6 E-night - Nick - Presence needed
- need to push our services
- need volunteers to posters for presentation
7 Initiates - Man Ling - Received the list
- Man Ling will arrange time for letters
8 Website - changes, new accounts - Nick - ETS is being changed little by little
- incorporate ETS onto website
- active directory account login
- Add link to ECE website
- officers should update the website for their part
- Nick will send list of responsibilities
9 Freshman Fushion - Nick - Presence needed (see E-Night)
10 Pure Event - Nick - Kuang wants $30 for snacks - approved
11 Shared Drive - Nick - Will have access to HKN's shared drive on network
12 Board Meetings Time/Place - Nick - Next week at 5pm
