Second General Meeting location change

Eta Kappa Nu is having its second General Meeting. Come and get an update on everything that has been going on this semester, as well as ways to get involved for the rest of the spring. As always, we will be serving free Papa John's Pizza - don't miss it! Please note that we would be having it in 103 Talbot Lab.

Office Hour Tutoring

We will give you 2 points if you sign up for tutoring during office hours. Send Sujeeth Bharadwaj ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) a list of classes that you're comfortable with (comfortable doesn't mean you aced the class. As long as you can help someone with a homework problem, you're in good shape). There are two reasons you would want to do this: 1) The two points 2) It's boring to just sit there and stare at your facebook account for an hr.

Important: Message for initiates

There are three messages for initiates:- a) We request the initiates who haven’t yet created an online account on ETS (the online event tracking system), to do so ASAP. b) Also be sure to sign up for the events you have attended so far such that you could receive points for them. This also applies for the initiates who have an existing ETS account. c) Don’t have sufficient points in order to initiate this semester? Don’t worry! There are still many upcoming events in which you could participate and earn points. Keep checking the HKN website and the newsletter to keep track of them.

HKN Scavenger Hunt

Prizes include LabVIEW, Microsoft software, $250 cash, Citgo gas cards, etc. Teams of 4-6 people try to complete as many tasks as possible during the week. Feel free to elaborate on how much FUN it will be.
